GDPR Article 28 compliant Data Processing Agreement governing how we process personal data on your behalf, including data upload procedures, security measures, subprocessor authorizations, data subject rights assistance, and international transfer safeguards.
3. Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information. GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliant. Covers data collection and processing, your privacy rights (GDPR + CCPA), international data transfers, and data retention and deletion.
4. Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of solid.garden services, including service description, payment and cancellation terms, user obligations and conduct, data ownership, intellectual property rights, deliverables, termination, and limitation of liability.
5. Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and tracking technologies we use on solid.garden, including essential, functional, and analytics cookies; your cookie management options; Global Privacy Control (GPC); and third-party service cookies.

Your Data, Your Control: You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We are a data processor, not a data owner. Export your data at any time.
Complete Confidentiality: Your data is isolated by company, never accessible by other customers. Digital NDA protects all client information.
No AI Training: We never use your data to train AI/ML models without explicit, separate consent. This is enforceable under our Digital NDA.
Enterprise Security: AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 transit security, comprehensive audit logging. Your data is protected at every layer.
Transparent Pricing: Each project is quoted individually based on scope, complexity, and turnaround requirements. No hidden fees.
Regulatory Compliant: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Hungarian data protection compliant. Regular security assessments and updates.

Your Rights
